Personality Dimensions Level 1 Facilitator Certified Course

3 Day Course:
Day 1 – 14th May 2016 from 9:30am – 5:30pm
Day 2 – 15th June 2016 from 9:30am – 5:30pm
Day 3 – 22nd June 2016 from 9:30am – 5:30pm

Personality Dimensions® is a dynamic tool with research validation in presenting temperament or personality theory established by the work of David Keirsey, Linda Berens and Don Lowry since 2003. It is an easily understood methodology to explain what motivate behaviors in people and for building self-awareness, self-esteem and effective communication strategies.

Content:

1. Historical and practical development in temperament.
2. How to deliver Personality Dimensions® workshops for diverse groups and topics.
3. Ethical considerations for using the model appropriately.
4. Practical skills and knowledge of interactive learning.

Full attendance and successful completion of an examination is required to be certified as Qualified Facilitator.

Learning Methods: Lectures, demonstration and interactive activities.
