As baby reaching 6 months old, most babies are ready to try solid foods. How to prepare foods for baby in this transitional period? How to ensure we provide them with adequate nutrition? If you want to know more, please join the upcoming parents talk “Infant feeding: 6-11 months old” organised by Family Health Service.

Objective: Dietitian will talk about the nutrition needs for 6-11 months infants; and how to introduce solid foods to them
Target Audience: Parents and carers who looking after 5-8 months old infants
Speaker: Dietitian of Family Health Service, Department of Health
Capacity: 80 (Owing to seating capacity, applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis)
