Natalie is devoted to cultivating positive relationships with families and finds the CDC’s caring environment a perfect setting to promote the importance of parental involvement.
Natalie embraces the same values as the CDC – child-centred and passionate about helping children with special needs from families with diverse backgrounds. Devoted to cultivating positive relationships with children and parents, she treasures the CDC’s caring and friendly environment as it is a perfect setting to promote the importance of parental involvement, as well as to develop her own expertise in early intervention.
Natalie believes that raising awareness about children with additional needs and their families, is essential in order for society to better allocate resources in the community. In addition, this also encourages professionals in the sector to exchange ideas and further advocate for children’s welfare.
