Macey’s experiences with clients with diverse needs in community settings have enabled her to think outside the box and adopt a holistic approach to children with different learning needs.
After attaining her degree in psychology, Macey decided to further advance her profession in occupational therapy. Therefore, she studied a master’s degree in occupational therapy and worked as a therapist with clients with neurological, sensory, or cognitive challenges prior to joining the CDC. Her knowledge and experiences with clients with diverse needs in community settings have enabled her to think out of the box and adopt a holistic approach.
At the CDC, she is motivated to facilitate children performing daily activities, reaching their utmost potential, and living a meaningful and happy life. She further strives to continuously equip herself with new knowledge and skills in order to facilitate the functioning and independence for children with diverse needs.
