With her study in Early Childhood Education and background in operations and administrations, Henny is driven to apply her knowledge and skills in a structured yet playful approach to enhance children’s learning experiences and empower families and caregivers.
The opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team to support children’s development is Henny’s motivation for taking up the role as an Early Years Educator at the CDC. Seeing that the CDC values all staff members and provides opportunities to encourage everyone to keep growing has further enhanced her passion and determination for making a difference in the lives of children with additional learning needs and their families.
