With clinical experience in mainstream kindergartens and centres for people with special needs, Clarice believes that every child has their own strengths. Therefore, she aims to provide holistic personalised therapy according to a child’s interests to better facilitate their early development. Additionally, she values communicating with parents as she believes it is crucial to  take account of their voice in her teaching approach.

Clarice was keen to work at the CDC to have the opportunity to work with families from diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as to be part of a multidisciplinary team to support children with additional needs.
