When teaching in a mainstream international nursery and kindergarten, Ceci witnessed children with diverse needs but lacked the time to individually address all their needs. Noticing these increasing needs of children motivated her to focus on supporting as many young  children with additional needs as possible at the CDC.

Ceci believes that playing is a great way to promote children’s development, therefore she strategically applies play-based learning in her teaching. With her motto – “Never Stop Learning” – she is determined to keep studying to advance in her profession so as to provide solid support to young children and their families.
