Carrie is an experienced social worker and has an unwavering commitment to bettering the welfare of children and young people with different levels of needs and abilities.
Having completed her Higher Diploma in Social Work and a Bachelor Degree in special needs education, Carrie has accumulated years of professional experience as a Social Worker serving in different positions at different NGOs in Hong Kong. Before joining the CDC, she served as an Assistant Operations Manager and a social worker for a Hong Kong NGO, providing therapeutic and professional services to children with special educational needs while delivering parental support. She joined the CDC with the goal of furthering her skills in supporting children so as to bring about a positive and life-changing difference for children with different needs and abilities and their families.
