Signs that your child may be overly anxious

  • They are clingy, impulsive, or distracted.
  • Nervous movements, such as twitches.
  • Problems getting to sleep and/or staying asleep longer than usual.
  • Sweaty hands.
  • Accelerated heart rate and breathing.
  • Nausea.
  • Headaches.
  • Stomach aches.
