網上專業進修課程 – 音樂對幼兒身心靈健康的正面影響

Date授課日期：2/10, 9/10, 16/10, 23/10 (4 classes on Saturdays 共四課，逢週六上課)
Time時間：4:00pm – 6:00pm (香港時間 HKT)

Teaching Mode上課形式： Online via ZOOM 網上授課 – Zoom
Fee學費: HK$1,600
Application Deadline 報名截止日期：2021.09.24 (Friday) (星期五)

Application Procedure
1. Complete an online registration form;
2. Send a crossed cheque to YCCECE (2 Tin Wan Hill Road, Tin Wan, Aberdeen) (based on postmark date) or submit the proof of payment via email: cpd@yccece.edu.hk
3. Application will be accepted only when the fee is received;
4. Confirmation receipt and a zoom link will be shared by email upon successful application.

1. 填妥網上報名表格；
2. 將學費劃線郵寄至耀中幼教學院 (香港仔田灣田灣山道2號) (以郵戳日期為準) 或將銀行付款證明電郵至: cpd@yccece.edu.hk
3. 課程申請只會於學費收妥後才獲處理；
4. 成功報名後，學院將以電郵發放註冊確認通知、收據及ZOOM鏈結。
