I-WELL 1st Anniversary Conference

To mark the 1st anniversary of the Integrated Centre for Wellbeing (I-WELL) at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), a conference titled ‘Community Education and Rehabilitation in Supporting Preschool Children with Special Education Needs’ will be held to disseminate the Centre’s research findings and share its service experience in supporting children with special needs while working with various NGOs. Other details are as follows:
- Date: 17 June 2017 (Saturday)
- Time: 10 am – 4 pm
- Venue: D1-LP-02, EdUHK Tai Po Campus
Among the officiating guests will be Mr Fong Kai-leung, Assistant Director (Rehabilitation and Medical Social Services) of Social Welfare Department, HKSAR, Professor Lui Tai-lok, Vice President (Research and Development) of EdUHK, and Professor Allan Walker, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Human Development at EdUHK. At the conference, representatives of 14 NGOs will also share their service models and effective practices for supporting SEN children.
