Accessible Yoga – Chair / Wheelchair Yoga

Accessible Yoga — Chair/WheelChair Friendly Yoga (ages 16+) in Hong Kong

This is a class designed for the completely inflexible, persons with disabilities or chronic illness or other special needs. The class will be a chair-assisted class (also wheelchair friendly). This class is open to complete beginners who would like a more mellow pace of yoga.

DATES:

• Nov: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

• Dec: 6 , 13

TIME: Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm

VENUE: Platform Events Space, 1/F 120 Connaught Road West, Sai Ying Pun (Enter through Open Door Cafe and take the lift up to the first floor)

LANGUAGE: Bi-lingual (English & Cantonese)

REGISTRATION: $1,000 Programme deposit required for registration
