Signs that your child may be overly anxious
- They are clingy, impulsive, or distracted.
- Nervous movements, such as twitches.
- Problems getting to sleep and/or staying asleep longer than usual.
- Sweaty hands.
- Accelerated heart rate and breathing.
- Stomach aches.
